  • New virtual skin/hair consults can be booked from anywhere in the world. Please note that this is NOT a medical service. We are unable to offer prescription based medicines through this channel. We can make recommendations which you can take to your local dermatologist.

  • Virtual skin/hair follow-up consults can be booked from anywhere in the world. Please note that follow-up sessions can ONLY be booked after an initial NEW coaching session. Please note that if you had a prior SKIN coach session and would like to address a HAIR concerns now, you will need to book as NEW hair and vice versa.

  • You can book a Derm consult online by clicking ’'virtual consultation'’. Pick your preferred time and date and proceed with online payment. You will receive a confirmation email with a zoom link for your appointment.

    If you cannot find your preferred date and time please email info@thedermabroad.com and we will try to work something out.

  • All virtual consults need to be purchased and paid through our website prior to your session.

  • It is outside the scope of the derm abroad website. The goal of this website is to provide 1:1 personalised derm consults. I do not intend to offer medical dermatology consults through this channel and will be unable to prescribe any medical prescriptions through here. If that’s what you are after please book in with your local teledermatology service.

  • No. The goal of this channel is to provide derm coaching sessions not consults. Unlike medical consults, coaching session can be offered globally.

  • All scheduled sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48h prior scheduled time.

  • We are sorry to hear you changed your mind. You can get a full refund if you request it via email within 48h of purchase. After 48h your purchase is non-refundable.
